Terms of use

1. Sağlayıcı ve kapsam

Bu koşullar iPhone ve iPad için Pano uygulaması, bu web sitesi ve ChatGPT ile Claude için Pano bağlayıcısı (hepsi birlikte “Pano”) için geçerlidir. Pano'yu markttor UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Tempelhofer Weg 59, 12347 Berlin, Almanya sunar (bkz. Impressum). Hesap oluşturarak ya da Pano'yu kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

2. Hizmet

Pano ücretsizdir ve “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Pano'nun güvenilir çalışması için çaba gösteririz; ancak her zaman erişilebilir, hatasız ya da belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Özellikleri ya da hizmetin tamamını istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, genişletebilir, sınırlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hizmeti sonlandırırsak bunu mümkün olduğunca önceden duyururuz.

3. Hesabın

Pano'yu kullanmak için bir hesaba ihtiyacın var. Şifreni kimseyle paylaşma; hesabının kötüye kullanıldığından şüphelenirsen bize haber ver. Hesabın üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.

4. İçeriklerin

Pano'da sakladığın içeriklerden, ister kendin gir ister bağladığın bir asistana oluşturt, sen sorumlusun. Pano'yu hukuka aykırı içerikler için ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanma. İçeriklerin sana aittir; onları yalnızca Pano'yu sana sunmak için gerektiği ölçüde saklar, işler ve gösteririz. Ayrıntılar gizlilik politikasında.

5. ChatGPT ve Claude

ChatGPT (OpenAI) ve Claude (Anthropic), kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları olan üçüncü taraf hizmetlerdir. Bağladığında asistan senin talimatlarınla çalışır. Bu hizmetlerin erişilebilirliğinden ya da ürettikleri içerikten sorumlu değiliz; randevu gibi önemli kayıtları kendin de kontrol et.

6. Namaz vakitleri

Namaz vakitleri Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı verilerine dayanır ve yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Doğru, eksiksiz ve güncel olacakları garanti edilmez.

7. Sorumluluk

Kast ve ağır ihmalden, hayata, vücut bütünlüğüne veya sağlığa gelen zararlardan ve zorunlu yasal hükümlerin (örneğin Alman Ürün Sorumluluğu Kanunu) uygulandığı durumlarda sınırsız sorumluyuz. Bunun dışında, Pano ücretsiz olduğu için sorumluluğumuz yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde hariç tutulmuştur.

8. Kullanımın sona ermesi

Pano'yu kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilir ve hesabını silebilirsin. Bu koşulları ciddi biçimde ya da tekrar tekrar ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

9. Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu koşulları ileriye dönük olarak güncelleyebiliriz, örneğin Pano değiştiğinde. Güncel sürüm her zaman pano.creastr.com/terms adresindedir. Bir değişiklik seni önemli ölçüde etkiliyorsa uygulamada ya da e-postayla haber veririz.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Almanya Federal Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciysen, olağan olarak yaşadığın ülkenin hukukundaki zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan hakların saklıdır.

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the Pano app for iPhone and iPad, this website and the Pano connector for ChatGPT and Claude (together, “Pano”). Pano is provided by markttor UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Tempelhofer Weg 59, 12347 Berlin, Germany (see the legal notice). By creating an account or using Pano, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Pano is free of charge and provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, extend, limit or discontinue features or the whole service at any time. If we discontinue the service, we will announce it in advance where possible.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Pano. Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you suspect that your account is being misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the content you store in Pano, whether you enter it yourself or have a connected assistant create it. Do not use Pano for unlawful content or in a way that infringes the rights of others. Your content remains yours; we store, process and display it only as far as needed to provide Pano to you. See the privacy policy for details.

5. ChatGPT and Claude

ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic) are third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. Once you connect one, it acts on your instructions. We are not responsible for their availability or for the content they generate; please double-check important entries such as appointments.

6. Prayer times

Prayer times are based on data from the Presidency of Religious Affairs of Türkiye (Diyanet) and are for information only. We do not guarantee that they are correct, complete or up to date.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory statutory provisions apply (for example the German Product Liability Act). Otherwise, as Pano is free of charge, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Pano and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for the future, for example when Pano changes. The current version is always available at pano.creastr.com/terms. If a change affects you significantly, we will let you know in the app or by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside.
